Here's To Hoping

So I go to the Doc today to get cast taken off and re Xrayed if he tells me it needs to go back on, I will politly ask to go the the Potty First then bolt for the door. I refuse to have this thing on any longer.

My Latest And Greatest Pregnancy Fiasco!

So because I am so graceful in life I decided to tumble down the stairs. Being extra smart I thought I could catch all of me and my baby weight with my poor little hand. Turns out you can't without consequences. So this happened on Saturday after much pain and deliberation i agreed to an X-ray (on Thursday) the Doctors had to really convince me and put like 5 lead vests on me. Turns out it was good to do because i Did break the Bird! Granted it's down in the palm but rightly so i have a reason to have that finger up in salute for three weeks in a hot pink cast. Life just gets better and better.

Our Big Change!

So i figured I should post on here in case some of you aren't on facebook. Troy and I are expecting. Yea it was a total surprise baby, but after thinking well Amelia will be two I can handle this, I will make it. SURPRISE we went to our twenty week ultrasound and Yippee I am finally going to have me a little boy however He didn't want to make the journey on his own so he grabbed a partner, a little sis. So yes surprise we are having TWINS! Cute little boy and girl. Due to arrive in September if I make it I already hurt. This will be a new journey and yes a fun and exciting one. And to answer all the questions, no history of twins, no use of fertility just a fluke incidence....or God's way of showing Troy and I that he is in charge.

Don't Panic

Just a little Bird Fun. Amelia loves the bird. Ava took some getting use to, but Amelia is just like Troy fearless and willing to try anything.

This is Ava's new bike. It's still needs some work but it is a blast from the past for me. Ava loves it and thinks that her "banana Seat" has a funny name.

Amelia's One Year Pics

So we fianlly went and got pictures of my little one. Sad how with the first you take them all of the time. Amelia has now only had professional photos done twice. I think they turned out pretty good however.

Fire Fire!

So our ward did a really fun activity for the kids today. We got to go explore the new Springville Fire station. It was so nice and so much fun for the little ones.

Swimming Lessons

This is Ava's first year in doing swimming by herself without mommy or daddy. She does really good at getting her whole face in the only thing she hates is going down the darn slide and getting cold.

Dance

This is just a few photos of My little Aviator's Dance Recital. Thanks to all of the family that came to watch her develop this talent. I got two for one out of this because Not only did Ava dance but she also sang every song that went with her dance.

Sea World

So really we went to sea world a long time ago but I am a slacker. So here it is we had a lot of fun. Ava's favorite part was petting the sting ray's Amelia's was proably the 3D Sesame Street Show.

Disneyland

So this is us in Disneyland. We were excited to finally take Ava to this fun and magical place. She loved it. Most of all the Princess's. Amelia was a tropper and stuck the whole 10 hour day out with us.

More Beach Fun

As You can see Amelia had a bit of a run in with the sand. Poor girl was teething on the trip and so she had a goober nose to add to it whenever she is in the wind her eyes run so add that to a face plant in the sand and this is the result. She loved it though didn't cry once.

BEACH FUN

So we recently went to California For a little family fun. While there we decided to introduce Ava to the Ocean. Didn't go so well at first as you can see from the photo. The water was way too cold for her. But with a little help from Grandpa David she soon got the hang of it. Amelia of course loved it, anything big and dangerous she is a magnet too. We also stopped by the Newport Beach Temple while there. It is so beautiful.

Swinging Fun

Before Troy went back to work we decided to get a swing set to buy mom some sanity time. It works The kids both absolutely love it.

My Poor little nephew was wrestling with his older brother Devin and OPPS!
He crash landed on his knee with his mouth. Lost four front teeth and as you can see wasn't bothered much by it.

CHEER COMPETITION

For those who don't know, my Niece Shinae cheers for the Spanish Fork High School. About a month ago I went to her competition in Riverton or somewhere like that. It was really fun to watch. They didn't place but they did do a great job. If you want to spot who she is, she has dark long hair and will be featured in all of the photos (not that I am biased).

So all of these Photos were taken in one night. As you can see Amelia really likes to explore everything via the mouth. She loves the tub now that she can crawl around in it and get around to chase her toys. Mom likes it because its easier to bathe a child that can hold themselves up while I do the washing.

Being Domestic!

So Finally Troy got me a wheat grinder and I decided to put it to use. Here is my first batch which turned out to be a night mare. My recipe was way to big for my mixer so I was forced into being a Pioneer and i kneaded my bread by hand for 23 minutes. Good workout, I was afraid it would not turn out because I wasn't using a mixer Heaven for bid. Sad how we forget that these recipes came from those who only had two hands to make bread. Anyway all in all the Bread turned out okay but I didn't let it rise enough so I will do better next time.

GOOD CLEAN FUN!

Amelia is obsessed with the vacuum you turn it on and no matter where she is she crawls very quickly to get there and then she sits right in front of it making the job a bit more challenging than necessary.
